WP Review Theme

I am looking for a professional coder and designer for my theme. If you are not up to the task, please don't bid. I need one Wordpress Review Theme Similair to the one listed below but with a more elegant design: [login to view URL] (demo of backend can be found here as well). Theme requirements (Please read everything). - Secure and W3C compliant/Valid Code. - Browser compatible with the most popular internet browsers. - Complete Localization for easy translation. - Two Unique Theme Colorschemes. - Responsive design. - Use your personal Unique design. Don't steal design/images from others. - Images and coding must be Optimized. The faster loading speed of the website, the better it is. - Easy theme customization. - Page Templates (blog, contact, sitemap, full width and search). - The search page/template should look good. - The theme must be unique. - Contact page template should include an integrated contact form. I don't want any free plugins to be used. Contact form must be secure and should have settings available to change in backend. - The theme should be created from scratch. I do not want any frameworks used (like - wooframework, ithemes etc) incase i decide to resell the theme one day so i don't have to worrie about copyright issues. - The theme should include a similair rating system like the link i listed above. I do not want to have any GD star rating plugin or any other free plugins used. This must be custom code/plugin. Admin and visitors must be able to comment and rate products/websites. - The theme should have a "Suggest a product" option similair to the theme i listed above. - The theme should include a login/register/user account similair to the theme listed above. To sum things up i want the theme as close to the theme i listed above as possible when it comes to front end and back end and it has to be userfriendly for visitors. I do not want an exact clone of the theme listed above, make your own personal twist to the theme. Use your own coding, do not steal codes from the theme listed above. This is a review theme and it should be designed/coded as one. I do not want to see any cheap coding or shortcuts or any "blog theme with a rating plugin" kinda theme. ******************* Bidders Requirements ******************** - Have previous ratings. - Have exellent ratings. - Be professional. - Have good communication skills. - Be available thorugh skype and email. - Show me other Wordpress related/similair Theme work to what i am looking for. - Futured support after project completion is required to an extent (in case of bug fix etc). - Be experienced with photoshop and your design skills should be good. - Be experienced with Wordpress and php, html, css coding. I will be creating the first milestone, but i will not release the first milestone before i see design or demo of website. I will be creating the final milestone, but i will not release the final milestone before i have checked the backend of the website and when i am satisfied with the work.
