442086 Modify and Re-design my existing Wordpress Website 2

Hello Programmers, I am looking to re-design my Puyallup Valley Sports blog/website, located at http://www.valleyradioam.com. I report and broadcast (via Internet and Meridix) local high school sports in my town. The current site uses Wordpress and a Style WP Wordpress theme with ability for Users, Readers, Athletes, Parents, Fans can upload Articles, Pictures, Video. What I am looking to do is re-design the header, layout , banner management, new updated Wordpress install, added or needed Wordpress plugins, Scrolling News Ticker, Time/Date Stamp, Blogger / Multi blog and integrate Meridix API into the site. The design work is minimal. I have already designed the areas and colors, headers, etc. They just need a little polishing to match the site. Their should not be many man hours on this project. I have laid out the entire web site on the attached pdf. **** See attached PDF file **** The old site has banners for the different categories, that can be transferred to the new site. Also, make sure to check out the Submit features on the old site. Register and see how the Articles, Video and Photos submission works for Fans, Users. This feature will transfer over to the new site. With a Member/Profile page. My budget is very tight, so Work with me, and tell me how I can work with you to make this happen.
