Similar to Kiva Script Installation and Edits

I would like something to KIVA script installation using the one already publicly available on their website: [login to view URL] From my understanding, KIVA uses Joomla? I would need a bilingual site so ability to switch language is important. My site would be a normal charity site (not micro lending) but it would have all the features on KIVA including facebook login/network etc. On top of that, the charity site would have the ability for one donor to add another donor as a friend (friends list feature) and also a chat widget/box for friends to chat with each other. Chat content goes to INBOX (message) just like on facebook. There are some other bells and whistles, and minor tweaks which I would require as we go along through the project. Examples include: changing the location of the comments to the right. Changing the "Repayment Schedule" to "Donation History", etc. I would also like some sections to be "enable" or "disabled" from the backend. Statistics (number of donors, total amount of donation) needs to be prominently displayed on the footer on all pages. There are 2 apps (android and iphone) already created by KIVA developers. I want them to be used too for my website. A unique, clean and pleasant design using CSS. P.S. I am not a programmer so I expect the person who is involved with this project to know all the programming which is required to make this project a success.
