Member Database System

We need to have a simple member system designed to have users signup online and have access to submit requests. We have created an excel sheet that lays out how this will work. A user will sign up and be able to login to submit to requests with a simple form. The form data will need to be stored in a MySQL database and it needs to send emails. The second part of the information will be a library of information that someone can subscribe to and search through. The overall system is very simple and doesn't require and css formatting. We will expect that the awarded developer will work with us closely to make the finished project. They also provided us with the following information. Please let us know if this will affect the project. Overview: The “trust level?? refers to permissions set in the [login to view URL] file that dictate what operations can and cannot be performed by web applications. Our ASP.NET 3.5 servers use the default Medium Trust level with the addition of OleDbPermission, OdbcPermission, ConfigurationPermission, ReflectionPermission, a less-restrictive WebPermission and SocketPermission as detailed below: • WebPermission Unrestricted="true" • OleDbPermission Unrestricted="true" • OdbcPermission Unrestricted="true" • SocketPermission Unrestricted="true" • ConfigurationPermission Unrestricted="true" • ReflectionPermission Unrestricted="true" Using a Medium Trust level prevents applications from accessing shared system resources and eliminates the potential for application interference. SocketPermission is modified to allow better access to payment services. Adding ConfigurationPermission allows methods or classes to access configuration files. Adding Reflection allows access to non-public types and members. Applications operating under a Medium Trust level have no registry access, and no access to the Windows event log.
