Ruby on Rails web site project This project is to develop Phase 1 of a Ruby on Rails web site which will allow users to subscribe to and view various documents (reports). Using this web site, a user will be able to create an account, login, subscribe to receive various reports, change parameters for those reports, and share the reports with other users. The actual creation of the reports is not in the scope of this project. Once this project is completed, we expect the following deliverables from you: 1. a working web site with fully functioning user and admin interfaces. The actual reports will not appear on the site after this project. For this initial phase, you can replace this feature: links on the site that will eventually cause a report to be displayed in a new window with this feature: a dummy link that pops up an info window showing the report parameters (but not the report itself) 2. a list and description of the RESTful messages which will be needed to provide parameters to the "report production server" which will generate the reports. Note: this project does not include connecting to the "report production server," but you should deliver a list of the messages that will be needed to communicate with the "report production server." ## Platform all modern web browsers
