Online store - install oscommerce, a template and make a few changes

I would like oscommerce and this template intstalled and some changes made - [login to view URL] . I already have the hosting so will pass details on. Changes I would like are: - Language part removed from top of page - Manufacturers part and information part removed from left. - Delivery, About us, Special requirements, Testimonials sections next to privacy notice and conditions of use - in same style as those pages. - Company name, phone number and different flower picture at top in header) - Colour chaged to orange and grey (same gray that is there) - inluding the details buttons - A part when checking out to add a card message - in the same way there is a part to add comments about the order. - A search funtion. I have no idea what this should cost so I have set this to medium project - $750-$1500. I would be great if it could be done for less than this. Thanks
