Drupal developer - Landing pages System

Hi all I need a Drupal programer, to my exists website ([login to view URL]) that base on drupal [login to view URL], Hebrew web site (right to left) 1) I need to build a new landing pages system that work like this: Is URL will be - [login to view URL] X - represent number of the landing page Each landing page will include text, video and a place were the user can leave is email and pay using PayPal. see fie attach - landing page structure. Meaning the customer need to leave an email with is payment that will be keep in my MailChimp account - you will need to use MailChimp API to add it to a intended list in my MailChimp account. Note 1: that the landing page need to fit also to mobile cell - so if someone surfer using is mobile cell - the landing page will fit him (meaning different text without video and so on, or maybe two steps landing page for mobile one take only the email and then sending email to customer inbox with a link to original landing page with the option to pay ) Note 2: If the user decided not to buy and want to close the tab - a pop up windows open and offer him a gift - send him to a different landing page see example in the following like - http://www.גירושין-חלוקת-רכוש.com/%D7%9C%D7%94%D7%AA%D7%92%D7%A8%D7%A9-%D7%91%D7%9C%D7%99-%D7%9C%D7%94%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%A1/ After paying, the customer is getting by email (using MailChimp) a link to a protected area in my website with is own user and password - this all done automatically of course. So the customer will see a page telling him to go to is mail box to get the user and password for the protect area. The protect area include a few pages, that each page include video, text and mp3 file - see attach picture. The customer can go between the pages by using an arrow and also by using the tool bar. One of the page will be a sealing page (last one) and will be mark with a different color with bold text and different graphics in the tool bar. see attach picture The sealing page will include video, text and a place to pay using PayPal. (also the customer will need to put is cell phone number and is email -using MailChimp - done automatically ). (I will send you the exact look after I hire you) Meaning the customer need to leave an email with is payment that will be keep in my MailChimp account - you will need to use MailChimp API to add it to a intended list in my MailChimp account. In order to clarify more the sealing page in the projected area is a different sealing page from the landing page (not related to each other). The sealing page can be see only from the protected area and it include recommendations and a different pay (higher pay using PayPal). After buying in the sealing page, the customer get a few documents to is email all done automatically using MailChimp. 2) I need to change two banners and to add another banner in all pages of the website the all will direct to the new landing page. You will need to design them - make them bold and conspicuous (Attracting attention). You can use flash if you want. I will supply the Hebrew text and the meaning of course. Also I need to redirect two URL link in my web site to the new landing page. (you will need to backup the old to landing pages in my web site and send them to me) 3) Also update my web site and my modules to the last version. Make it drupal 7 and also Responsive Website. Rebuild or building a new site in Drupal7 or upgrade to Drupal7, with a new theme in d7 with the same look and feel that my old web site have currently. Reduce the number of module that are being used, and optimize the site besides following Drupal standards. Note - It very important - This is my main web site, you first have to duplicate it to your own computer/server. Than do all the changes there, show me so I can test it and than upload it to my host server. Also be aware that the deadline (end of job) is - 12/02/14 Thanks in advance
