Short Description: Someone developed this web based dispatching/invoicing system for us, but we would like to do a few modifications and also make it work easily on touchscreen devices, like All-in-one desktop computers, point of sale type systems, and tablets. We are not too worried about mobile phones at this time, when we’re ready; we’ll hire someone to develop an android/iphone app in the future but not now. Please read the document for full details regarding this project.
