Client Login and Invoicing

I have a login area and a separate form made in flash (no actionscript applied yet). The form is for a service so once the client registers, an email should be sent for them to confirm their email. Also, if the client returns to the site and logs in, the form area for the service should pre fill all of the information they previously filled out. When they submit the form for the service, an email should be sent to the administrator detailing the client's request (like any other form would). Then the administrator should be able to log into a simple invoice system and input the client's name - or if the client is returning, simply find the client with a search feature. The administrator only needs to be able to type in a few things into the invoice (number of lbs) (cost per lb) and (total lbs accumulated to date). Once the administrator is finished and clicks 'done' there should be an updated pdf that is pushed out to the client. This simply means that when the client logs back into the system, he/she will be able to click a button to access the latest invoice. The administrator should also have an option to email the invoice to the client. There are two open source invoice systems that are already prebuilt that I like, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Either will work if you are able to have the pdf pushed to the client and make sure it can email as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Completed project needs to run on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
