Wav Files To Mp3 and Simple Music

I have two audio guides in WAV format that need to be cleaned up a bit, converted to mp3, and simple music added for intro, as well as in between various parts, and at the end of each. Each guide should be one final version in mp3 format and be able to burn onto one cd, and able to play on any cd machine. Music should be very simple techno but but professional (business style). Audio guide 1 has a total of 5 recordings: recording 1 Intro plus content 4:49 minutes recording 2 10:35 minutes recording 3 12:09 recording 4 15:32 recording 5 16:05 Audio guide 2 has total of 4 recordings: recording 1 intro: 2:16 minutes recording 2: 12:11 recording 3: 3:14 recording 4: 19:42 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
