Update existing web site with additional button and new page

Hi. We have an existing web site that needs some changes. This is the first change that is required (for this site) and we will be using this first project to gain a better understanding of the skills and work ethic of the successfull chosen bidder. If the person selected understands and produces the changes exactly as we require this person will also be given future work. The web site we have created is called [login to view URL] This site contains a copy of the current web site and will be available to use with full FTP access for development purposes. What we need is as follows At the moment there are three buttons in the middle of the page ie Insurance, Finance and Training. We need a forth button created called Dealer Services. This button needs to work like the existing three buttons but be Purple in colour if the mouse hovers over it. To accomodate this forth button, we need the size of each of three existing buttons reduced so that all fit within the existing graphic. Happy for the Share to grow title to be removed or moved above the forth button. We also need Dealer Services added to the text at the top navigation panel in between Training and About Us. This URL (and if the new button is clicked on) will need take you to a new Page similar to what you see if you select one of the existing three buttons. We will supply a graphic to be used for the image at the top of the page but you will be required to modify it so you get the same look and feel as existing pages. It is at this section that future work will start. We are looking at adding a section where photos and movies are available for Dealers to view. We also may be looing at incorparting a blog section here. This is not part of this current project. And lastly we need a new selection added to an existing page. If you go to [login to view URL] You will see on the left hand side an option called Student Handbook We need exactly the same option ie Student Handbook added to the following page [login to view URL] Please only bid if you have good ASP and PHP skills. We also need you to modify graphics so if you dont have these skills dont bid. If you have existing web sites you have developed please post the URLs as this will assist your bid.
