Looking to hire someone to run our my Google ads and bring our business clients. I will be hiring an individual, NOT a team. I am not hiring an agency. You will be responsible for creating ads (both text and display), improving ads, lowering costs, increasing conversions, retargeting the ad campaigns. I would like to start with a daily budget of $10 per day and then begin to increase it as we learn more and bring in new clients. You MUST be able to write the ads. We will also be running display ads, so you MUST be able to design them. We are launching an online marketplace that has a growing library of digital products that include everything from adobe illustrator source files (Vector files) to photoshop designs and will eventually include other types of files like fonts, icons, website templates and more for our paying subscribers to use as they want. It's kind of like a library of digital products for designers to use. Subscribers will get access to the current library and future library at a low price that will gradually go up as we continue to bring in more and more clients and as our library of designs grows. Your job will be to bring us the clients via Google advertising. Send examples of your written text ads and your designs from the display ads, I want to see how they look. Experience is important.
