This is an interesting subject, and we would gladly discuss it with you if you are planning to be involved on this project on a long-term basis.
openstack is a project with real activity and good foresights for the future, what makes it attractive for us developers as well. Being centered mainly in network management, which has always been one of the key points of our portfolio, it would integrate very well into our work and our experience. Although it operates somehow at a higher level than the one where we usually work, it is sometimes in need of low-level handling as one can see on their bug descriptions, and that's an area where we can surely help. The project is however quite large, and knowing it solidly requires a certain time, that's why only a long-term activity would be interesting for us.
We imagine a possible collaboration on the following terms: we choose a bug from the list of critical issues that we find appropriate to our current knowledge and we evaluate it for you with a fixed estimate of price and time. If you agree on it, and after creation of the corresponding milestone here at Freelancer, we take care of the whole work and present you with the results so you can post it to the project. Upon approval of the solution the pending milestone is released and we go on with the next task. After a while we could also propose new features to be developed after discussing them with you. Would that integrate into your plans?
