Design and develop an MySQL database to manage data related to modular analog synthesizer modules. | Existing data resides in an Excel spreadsheet Tables and Fields: Include the time necessary to work with client to identify and define database tables and fields • Modules Table (approximately 1500 modules) o Name o Number from Manufacturer o Master Module Number (Synthcube Master) • Manufacturers Table (approximately 150 manufacturers) o Name o Contact Fields (web link, address etc) • Formats Table (9 formats) o Name o Panel Dimensions  Height  Width  Thickness  Mounting Screw Hole Diameter  Mounting Screw Size  Mounting Screw Center- Distance from Sides  Mounting Screw Center- Distance from Top/Bottom o Power  Voltages  Connectors  Pin Assignments (inc diagrams) • Designers Table (approximately 50 designers) o Name • Types Table (approximately 30 types) o Type Name o Description • Information Assets Table o Panel images (.jpgs)- approx. 800 .jpg files o Sketched panel images (.jpgs)- approx. 800 .jpg files o FPE panel files (.fpds) – approx. 500 .fpd files o Schematics (.pdfs)- approx.. 500 files o Parts Lists/BOMS (.xls, .pdf files) approx.. 500 files Relational Links Between Tables and Fields: Include time to build the necessary relationship definitions amongst tables and fields. Include the necessary time to consult with client to define, document and develop these links. Reports (web templates): Produce a minimum of five reports and the supporting queries to generate web template page. Include sufficient time to design template reports with input from client. Revisions: Include two rounds of edits and refinements to table and field structure, relationships, reports etc Conversion: Convert existing data from excel .xls file to new database fields Ongoing Maintenance and Updates: Include up to 10 hours per month for ad-hoc requests, edits and changes, for a period of twelve months after delivery
