WebRTC - voice, data, text communication

Looking for the following web components development of web, android app and ios APP with WebRTC - Video/Audio/Text support - communication with user logins, dialing mechanisms - Data Channel to send custom data and handle custom data - data packets from one to other and vice versa...one to many ; one user to multiple RTC channels users - Device Integration (Can provide Android code which this custom data should integrate to work via custom channel) IOT data captured on one end should be called into the different end users and vice versa. - Ability to integrate the webrtc channel as in a specified size, shape and location on all 3 platforms - web, Android and IOS
