chatbot messanger menu

i want to set a chatbot for messenger that drive different kind of user to their specific menu and collect their purchase order like a waiter do...my menu in restaurant gives you different number of choices according to the contract you have with us. a second filter is on the day (the menu change everyday) and a third is on the service (lunch or dinner). i mist have in the evening the orders for tomorrow...the kitchen ask me the report of the sum, the waiters needs the single printing of the commands cutted in 2 pieces, one for every run to the table. only pizzas menu is the same for everyone. need expert in userbot, smooch, botsify, sequel, chatfuel, chatbots- builder.... 1) define ho you are, which contract, haw many people, which room... (reception may give a code, a qrcode...) 2) fill the fill the instructions and "your" delivery menù will be shown and they could take an order 3) depending of ho you are, you will pay or not, will be delivered or not...
