The company X is a US based company which is into products manufacturing. Company X’s clients are large businesses which use company X’s products. Company X gives after sales service and maintenance to the clients. It needs to do inspection of their products deployed in the field on regular intervals. The company X wants to have a native mobile inspection software / inspection app that allows field-based workforce to improve their performance on inspections. Inspectors should have access to data anywhere, at any time and can perform on-site functions with their iOS and Android devices.
