relationship & family counselling

my wife and I would like to improve our relationship, and to ensure we are being good role models for our two young girls, 4yo & 2yo. We are looking for an experienced & well-educated relationship/ couples counsellor to meet with us on a weekly basis online over video/ webcam sessions. We have a turbulent relationship and frequently "forget ourselves" in front of the kids, arguing with each other which ends up taking days if not weeks to recover the level of love and happiness in the home. As an experienced and qualified counsellor, you will need to have managed many cases like ours, with people who match our demographic. The counselling style needs to be actively assisting with solutions, intelligent, experienced - having used & seen techniques & how they work, and the longer term techniques to living our best lives and relationships. Entirely generic applications for this role will not be considered (some template of your experience is fine), but given the importance of finding the right person who we invest in financially, with our time and emotionally, we need to know you have the experience and toolkit to help, as you have done for at least 5 years with similar families.
