Pre-Final settlement draft for divorce- UK based solicitors only

My son's spouse is abroad (India). Annulment proceedings are underway at Liverpool family Court. She has agreed to sign the acknowledgement of service letter and co-operate with annulment subject to my son paying a desired sum of money. The stages are (1). she signs the PRE-final settlement annulment agreement letter with the conditions we attach (will disclose when ready to be drafted) (2) The signed acknowledgement of service letter is deposited to Liverpool court (3) Decree Absolute is granted in UK (4) Decree is ratified in India to be valid there (5) Final settlement letter to be signed. The funds will be transferred in 3 stages to her depending on her fulfilling the conditions. We wish to have an initial draft which I would like to send to a solicitor in India. She may sign this in front of the lawyer before we start the whole process. I will have a zoom meeting with you for 15 minutes and will be able to send all details for you to enable to draft a4 size letter.
