Script for verifying an sms server

I'm looking for a simple web server that does exactly the following: 1. gets a new phone number from twillio 2. send "help" to 35522 3. *fails* if the following isn't returned: "Dealyze Rewards: \n1 msg/day \ninfo: [login to view URL] \nReply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel. \nMsg & data rates may apply." 4. send "Dealyze" 5. *fails* if the following isn't returned: "Welcome to Dealyze Rewards! \n1 msg/day \ninfo: [login to view URL] \nReply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel. \nMsg & data rates may apply." followed by "Click here to get your card -> <variable link>", 6. send "help" 7. *fails* if the following isn't returned: "Dealyze Rewards: \n1 msg/day \ninfo: [login to view URL] \nReply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel. \nMsg & data rates may apply." 8. send "stop" 9. *fails* if the following isn't returned: "You have unsubscribed from Dealyze sms campaigns and will no longer receive any messages. \nSupport: support@[login to view URL] or 1 (844) 607 - 6176" 10. delete the twillio number 11. on *fail*, ping slack with an informative error message and then wait 30 seconds and try again 12. repeat this 3 times a day at random 13. contains an endpoint that I can use to trigger this test at random 14. hosted on a managed web service like google cloud platform where we're not managing a server at all 15. clean maintainable code
