Responsive Widgets Page Designer + Preview

Ability to change widgets layout in design mode by drag and drop and be responsive at preview based on page width. Features to include: 1. add and remove widgets (button at a toolbar) 2. set iframe url for widget (using a button at a toolbar) 3. resizable widgets using edge or corners drag and drop. 4. ability to select multiple widgets and align tops, bottoms, lefts, rights and center 5. ability to set widgets to equal width, height or spacing 6. responsive layout preview based on relative left and top edge location (y or x coordinates) 7. store page info including widgets, coordinates and url for each and ability to reopen based on query string. 8. when resizing, show coordinates and ability to manually input coordinates Database is MS sql server. Code is C#/Javascript/jquery. Application will be hosted on IIS Windows Server 2012. Additional Requirements: 1. ajax throughout 2. Code commenting throughout 3. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code 4. secure web application. 6. No 3rd party components unless agreed upon 7. Need to sign standard NDA The project is for form designer and saving settings, but would include the preview. For payment, I can escrow 10% initially, and then as progress is made, will escrow additional funds. No funds thought are released until project is complete, tested and accepted.
