I have a Ning 2 site ([login to view URL]) that is not natively responsive. In 2013 I had a javascript overlay written to make it responsive. It works pretty well with one exception, and Google sees the site as mobile responsive. The exception is that our discussion replies are nested, and images get cut off on the right on nested replies. The more the reply nests, the more cut off the image becomes. The developer was another Ning site manager and not a professional developer, so it's a nice job but probably not as pro as it could be. This is what I'm hoping to have: 1) Images not to cut off. Downsizing is fine, to a point. Postage stamp sizes aren't helpful. 2) If it's possible to make it so nesting stops after the first reply to a reply like on Facebook, that would be especially nice. 3) If the full-size image can display on mouseover, I'd like that too. I'd move to Ning 3, which is perfectly mobile responsive, but it's missing certain features I need that Ning 2 has. Ning is SAAS and we only have a custom code box, and header and footer text boxes, to work with. Here's a discussion where you can see the problem, starting on this page and ones that follow: [login to view URL] A file is attached with all of the code in our custom code box (more than just for this issue) and the code in the top text box that's the same on every page. I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Steve

Hi there, The problem resides in your CSS code, not your Javascript code or Ning at all, allow me to explain. The first image on the page you've showed which is: [login to view URL] This image is being resized to having a width of 710 pixels but your HTML Code gives ALL images a width of 450pixels: [login to view URL] However, when we're on a small phone, such as the iPhone X, this image clearly DOES NOT fit on the page with a width of 450 pixels: [login to view URL] My job is to "resize" the image on a mobile device and make sure that it fits perfectly, like this: [login to view URL] We can easily accomplish that using CSS3 ONLY! You don't have to move to Ning 3 or do anything else, this is the best and fastest solution for this problem, I was able to fix on my own browser using nothing but Inspector Mode in my browser, allow me to fix this for you once and for all. Thanks for reading, Mario Adabachy.
