Write a Simple TwiML for Twilio (Less than 30 minutes likely)

I want the TwiML to: 1. Automatically answer incoming call 2. Dial another number 2. Say "Please Wait" 3. After 3 seconds from #1 press 1 if the call has been answered by a number in #2 4. If the call hasn't been answered in 3 seconds from #1, press 1 as soon as the call is answered from #2 Thank you Please verify you can complete the job with no further instructions. More Examples: Example 1: Incoming Call: 1. Pick up immediately and say please wait (and start timer at pick up for below) 2. Forward call to my cell phone number 3. I pick up after 1 second of call time, 2 seconds later it dials the number 1 for me automatically. 4. I am talking to the end user after 3 seconds of call time for Twilio Example 2: Incoming Call: 1. Pick up immediately and say please wait (and start timer at pick up for below) 2. Forward call to my cell phone number 3. I pick up after 5 second of call time, it dials the number 1 for me automatically right away 4. I am talking to the end user after 5 seconds of call time with Twilio Example 3: Incoming Call 1. Pick up immediately and say please wait (and start timer at pick up for below) 2. Forward call to my cell phone number 3. I don't pick up, so it never dials the number 1 4.
