Including positive Customer Feedback and Reviews. • Generate Major Sales, Increase company revenue significantly. Bottom Line must make money for the company and grow and maintain company online sales. • Extract Excel Data Report and organize to interpret company performance on amazon channel. • Will do continuous research on industry and perform a SWOT Analysis in Fashion Industry to recommend to CEO of the company changes that may impact company business both positively and negatively. • Product Uploads to Online Selling Channel Websites such as; Amazon, Newegg, Rakuten, [login to view URL], Overstock, Sears, Groupon, Ebay and Zulily. Regular Maintenance of company account with Online Channel Accounts which includes; inventory analysis, Inventory maintenance, Adding new products, enhancing listing for current products, fixing bugs, creating product descriptions, Review of customer feedback, and Product promotions and all other facets associated with running an E-Commerce platform. • Email Marketing Experience, developing and maintaining an email list that we will build through the site, through social media and through our other business units. • Will print out customer orders when received and will work with shipping department to get orders shipped in a timely manner. • Will maintain customer relations when product not available, customer returns are needed, or customer has questions in regards to product, • Track product ranking in comparison to competitors and come up with creative ways to build awareness for the website.
