3500 Facebook Fans from certain countries!

I am looking for 3,500 fans for my facebook fan page. The fans must meet the following requirements: * All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts, no bots, no Spam and so on) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon. * All fans must have 50+ friends and a minimum of 5 photos * All fans must be aged 18 and over * At least %60 of fans added must be female (but not too old) and %40 of fans must be male! * All fans must have status updated that go back maximum of 15 days ***The fans should be 30% from Austria and 20% from Germany, The rest should be from the following countries: Spain, Italy, Brasil, Panama, USA, Sweden (homogeneously distributed)*** 1) No spam and no unethical means of advertising. The Fan Page must NOT be banned for you actions. 2) I will pay 30% of the money after 1000 Facebook Fans have joined the page/account, 30% at 2000 Facebook Fans, and the remaining balance after 3,500 fans are reached. 3) Final payment will be delivered 7 days after the deadline in order for us to investigate whether subscribers, fans and followers are real. Any persons (accounts) that are suspended after this period must be replaced. 4) I need to see a detailed plan about how you are going to achieve the target numbers. 5) You need to demonstrate that you have done this kind of work before. 6) When placing your bid, please include an estimated time for having the fans. If terms and conditions are not met, I have reserve the right to withhold any, all, or some of the payment.
