Hi there. Looking at what you are paying for this job I really do not know if this is a legitimate job or not. But I am going to proceed with the mindset that it is. I have been drawing and illustrating my own comics for a number of years now, and have been printing them professionally and selling them at conventions all around Australia. I feel that I have a strong background in art and illustration, and with my additional knowledge could be a very good asset to you. I have a background in working with print media, so I know the ins and outs of designing art that translates into print, and indeed how to set up files for printing. If you take a look at my Freelancer portfolio you will get a sense of my skillset. However please do not think that what you see is all that I can do. If you'd like to get in contact with me I'd be more than willing to do a few mock up illustrations of your characters and/or a scene or two so you can test my work before hiring me. In fact I'd insist that that is what you should do with any potential artist you're thinking of hiring. Also if you'd like to get in contact with me I may be able to provide you with some more thematic examples of my work. I've recently started working on freelancer, been working on other freelancing sites until now, so I am willing to work extra hours in order to complete your project really fast, for a fairly low budget, just to get my reputation up and get some good reviews. I have a a younger sister and many niece's and nephew's whom I read to and so understand the type of images you are looking for. I am also familiar with the children's cartoons such as Clifford the big red dog as well as other cartoons which feature animals in them, another being Arthur. I have been drawing since a young age and am confident I can deliver the images that you require. I will show you the images for your approval and amend as necessary. I also paint thus I am familiar with textures and colouring styles.

When it comes to my employers I like to work with them one on one. That way I get to know them on a personal level. Understand what they really want and what they don't want. When it comes to the process work. I would usually send 4 to 5 roughs done in red/grey led. After going over the roughs. I transfer the roughs on Photoshop to work on the final image.
