Online auction bidding website ASP.NET

Before we talk about project, I need to tell that I'm already a developer but no time for handling this project. So I need a developer who can complete the whole milestones respectively. Need an online auction website that everyone can sell items and buy anything. Software should be written in ASP.NET MVC with using mysql or sql. Most important milestone is products should be listed on page without a postback. For example every 10 second products bid price, bidder etc. will be listed without a page [login to view URL] java or ajax functions should be implementing. Project will be step by step payment and every next milestone details will be given after the existing one is totaly completed. Project milestones are; 1-Complete user login,create account,forgot password pages ($15) Details : - Login page :User can login either username/email and password or facebook,gmail. All client-side validations are required. For example, username can not be empty etc. After succesfull login, sessions should be created. - Create account : We need username, email, password, gender, age,city, provience. Provience client side listed after clicks city. Required java functions: Client-side password matching, password should be capital letter and number, email validation, username validation(client side!) and ticks if available, security code for prevent roboot abuse and terms and conditions pop up. Critical informations should be send to database as an encrypted string for example password. Mod5 or better library could be used. -Forgot password : Email smtp recovery. You can test it with some gmail account. Most important thing is security. Sessions should be impossible to hack. 2- Bidding homepage($20) Details will given after. 3-Profile page ($5) change password, upload profile image, change city,provience etc.. 4- Users can rate seller or buyer($5) 5- Offline messaging($10) Notifications required. 6- Product details page($10) User will click the product from homepage and instantly new page is redirecting. User bids product in this page. 7-($20)Seller can start selling product with base money, for example 20$. and can give any time frequency, for example 10 second or 1 month. If anyone gives first bid for the product, timer starts counting and if noone gives order, sells it. I mean chat for 2 people is begin. No credit card issue in this web-site. Seller can choose selling items with base money(minimum money), 0 price , max money, and sell now price. The project may require other milestones . The total project budget is approximately 200$.
