PHP work on existing Bitcoin Exchange Website Needs a feature

Hello, We have a Bitcoin related website at [login to view URL] Who we need? Programmer who is familiar with PHP programming language, and i familiar with Bitcoin and Bitcoin related programming. What do we need? We would like to implement a feature, basically a timer that would liquidate these so called Gh/s (mining power) into bitcoins but with a 3 day difference. So basically a timed execution of a command to take the customers Gh/s he put in and award into his account the sufficient Bitcoin amount. Design? The look of it would be just a simple button and command line, nothing special added to an already made page of the website. What else? I would also need an admin page addition where we can keep track of all the requested liquidations. And where we could set the price on which we will liquidate Gh/s. The entire website is written in PHP, and it is used by customers on a daily basis. So we will need someone to write the code according to the already existing code and implement it. The system our developer built uses just inside accounting, so the users don't actually have the bitcoins in their wallets, but can see their balance. If the sell Bitcoins on the exchange, desposit, or withdraw they trigger the main website wallet to give them the actually bitcoins. You will have access to all the code written to the website. You can review that and based on that you can implement your code.
