I am looking for a video game graphics designer for a huge game project

I am developing one huge role playing video game and I am looking for grsphics designers who have experience in video game graphics only. I am not looking for a logo or photograph and 3D models, Only pixel art. The game I am design here is a dungeon crawler like the "Eye of the Beholder 2" and "Lands of Lore 1". So I will need to create one playable demo first to present it to the people who will be interested and see how the game will looks like and the first impression is very important. The game should be very nice and have nice graphics. I am making professional work and I am asking for the designers to do professional work too. When the demo will be ready then I will raise a fund to cover and other expenses like, music composers, voice actors, sound designers and other licenses. The game will have a Gothic horror mood and I am looking for graphics about monsters, places, level environments (Wallsets), towns, animations etc.. For now I am covering the expenses from my own and I do not have a large initial capital. I will make smaller orders. But I will need to write and source code and then I will do an additional small order. I am interesting for the designer to accept to not charge per hour, but per finished work. For example if I will need one monster I will need a monster with all animation frames, I prefer to receive offers for a complete asset. One complete asset for me is not just a single image but is a complete object which is ready to be added in the game. Saying a complete object I mean something which will have more than one sprite and will include smaller and larger sprites with animation. For example 1 level have environment. We call it as wallset. The wallset is a complete asset not a single sprite. 1 wallset contains all level environment sprites of the game. 1 dungeon have walls, ceiling, stairs, doors, keyholes, traps and other things. All of these are small sprites and are parts of 1 complete wallset. There will be lot of wallsets and other objects. You will hear the term complete many times when I will order my graphics, which means I will need 1 complete monster with all animation frames including walking in all directions, attacking etc.. I am asking for the designer if accepts to not charge extra if I will need to do changes. Maybe I will not like some graphic or I will need some correction. Before the designer will design anything, both we will have agreed with the price and the ammount of the order. The designer will receive very detailed instructions with images and will know what will draw exactly and it will be easier to evaluate the work. Also I would like to ask if the graphics designer can design one demo image to see your graphic style, if it fits with the graphics and the mood of the game I am creating here. I like to see the designer's portfolio, but maybe there will be some designers who will not have any game related graphics in their portfolios. So the demo image will be recommended. Each designer have different design styles . Some are better in drawing monsters and characters (Organic). Others design places or buildings (Architectural). I am looking for horror dark mood graphics, not a comix. All graphics will be hand drawn pixel art. I have uploaded 1 special pdf document which describes more about the project and present more information about these kinds of games. The designer will receive detailed instructions about what will need to draw to avoid additional corrections and extra unnecessary work. Thank you very much and I am waiting for your offers....
