8 pages website developed in HTML5 and CSS3 plus a few sub pages. Have an existing temporary website, artwork available. Will delete some existing components of the existing site. Do not want wordpress, want it in HTML. I have existing hosting. One person Law Firm marketting. Offering to do Court appearances; Representation and drafting of documents. Trying to move to virtual office. Responsive Design. developed in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, including: Fast and fully responsive website Contact Form SEO optimization Social Media integration Google Maps integration Front-End development best practices Not interested in an output that is difficult to edit or amend. I want to administer changes myself, its not a Blog & updates would be say 6 monthly. Want it secure & easy to backup. Not a standard template that I could use online myself for free. You can add or amend to the artwork.

I understand that you want a custom designed html website. But to make it editable it must be in wordpress. Because html website cant be editable unless you know html well.
