I require 2 Email Templates to be created. They are both "sales" based emails and aim to convert leads that have already enquired for an insurance product into a sale. They must be colourful, professional and modern looking with HD picture(s) and both have an in-built button in them that the prospect can press if they wish to proceed (we are then notified via email and follow up with telephone call). Email 1- Purpose: To convert a sale. This is sent once our adviser has spoken to the prospect for first time, got their details, made an insurance quote and is emaling the quote to them. This email includes the quote along with "reasons to buy" and a "proceed now" button. 95% of the email can be templated with only 5% being required to be edited for each prospect. Email 2 - Purpose: A follow-up email if the prospect did not buy from first email. This is sent about a week after the first email as a reminder to the prospect. This same email will be sent weekly until the prospect either buys or informs us to stop emailing them. It incudes the same quote along with "reasons to buy" and a "prceed now" button. 95% of the email can be templated with only 5% being required to be edited for each prospect. This will be similar to Email 1.
