Game project graphics

I am building a game, and require graphics for this game. The game is a time-based strategy, and is browser-based currently. although looking to expand onto mobile devices in the future. The designer that i'm looking for is: creative, has a good range of styles (must be shown in either one mockup piece from the list below, or a decent sized portfolio) and speak relatively good English. I must also be able to contact them via Skype, Gtalk/gmail or MSN. The list of graphics below, is what i am looking for.
