Hi, I am a UK wedding stationery designer and have an ecommerce Wordpress/ Woocommerce website which is hosted at Siteground. The website does not convert well and desktop and mobile performance needs improvement/optimization. Initially I require an evaluation of the website from a Wordpress/ Woocommerce expert to understand what cost-effective site changes would quickly lead to better performance of my site regarding speed and conversions (reduce bounce rate). I would then be looking for a price to carry out the agreed scope of the work. Your proposal could include anything from Wordpress and theme updates, through to layout changes and optimising pages for speed with SG optimiser dynamic cache. I am also keen to change the image sizes for product, blog and other images for a Pinterest friendly vertical orientation and I'm looking for recommendations on the best way forward for this. I would be open to considering a site re-structure, new theme (if necessary) and different page layouts to promote better conversion. I would also be looking for recommendations on whether the current theme can be suitably customised for mobile optimisation, or whether it would be better to use a new theme. I can provide Google analytics data, google console information and stats from Siteground, if helpful, prior to conducting your site analysis. Thank you!
