We are looking for a mobile app developer with experience in Flutter to give continuity to a project. The development is in 70% progress. The application requires presenting a series of activities to the user through audios, texts and forms. The response to the forms is required to be stored in the local SQLite database or file. Knowledge in Scrum is required since the development will be managed under that methodology, using Jira's software. Once the NDA is accepted, a document will be sent with the current User Stories to be developed for an estimate by the freelancer. The estimate must be divided into 2-week sprints, which must be included with the service offer publication and the investment amount. The release of payments (milestones in Freelance) will be matched with the estimated Sprint. In order to assign the project, it will be necessary to sign an Intellectual Property Agreement.
