Hello, I need to create 8 squares and put it in 8 circles in my picture (maybe by coordinate), than I need to calculate the average gray level (inside square) of every one of the 8 squares. I have database of 2000 pictures of the same position but different gray level to do it. Can you reccomend how to do it? I attach 2 pictures- one is sample of 1/2000 pictures of the database and the other is example of 3 squares in circles

hi you need to make a simple function and loop through all images. It will take some time but will be finished at the end. The algo would be to draw a blank image with the circles/squares or any desired shape. multiply that with your original image and compute the desired values. btw you have attached only 1 picture.
