Full stack developer needed to link Python engine with website -- 2

Need help setting up the front end of a website that will collect input parameters, generate a JSON and push to a database. Upon request, the parameters will be sent to a Python engine that will prepare a new JSON that should be displayed in a new page. A third JSON will be collected and stored for later viewing. Think of it as preparing a test, taking the test, and reviewing the test results. You will make the front end and help me set up the back end database (SQL Server or MySQL), and connections. I have the Python engine and data. Must be in North America or similar time zones
