Export Visio data TO Excel

Hello Freelancers, The project is fairly simple one I hope. I have Boxes (shapes) drawn in Visio with certain data in them. I need to extract certain information from the diagram and import into excel. Example: 1st Box/ shape has following details: Name: Alex Smith Position: 12345 Position: Member 2nd Box/ shape has following details: Name: Jane Roger Position: 45678 Position: Member 3rd Box/ shape has following details: Name: Gerry Duncan Position: 46574 Position: Executive Chair I would need an excel chart that shows: Executive Chair: 1(1 exec chair in entire the diagram) Vice Chair: 0 Member: 2 (since there is 2 boxes, and the position are both 'Member' I need to be able to have this as a live chart, so when visio diagram is updated with members increasing or decreasing, this data needs to 'refresh' in excel when needed. -Please only bid if you can do this by Sunday May 12, 2018 -Be able to provide a clear explanation of how this is working, for my knowledge and how to modify myself is needed. -Provide support for minor changes when necessary. (not lifetime support lol) I will upload photo of specific visio diagram and how it looks and what portions need to be extracted into excel, but i've outlines the basics. Thanks folks.
