The Centre for Education and Training is currently assisting Options Consulting Solutions in hiring a Data Entry Clerk This company is a leading organization in the health-care industry. Job Description Input/verify data on the In-House FinTRAC application to ensure accurate and timely reporting As part of the Bulk instance on-boarding process, input/verify Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) information on the regulatory reporting application Entering appropriate data and verifying accuracy of existing information Sorting incoming faxes and distributing them to various departments Meeting daily performance targets Completing daily tasks and participating in ad-hoc administrative activities as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or comparable work experience Banking experience is an asset Detail-oriented, able to multitask and computer literate Ability to work independently and flexibly in fast-paced environment

I generally work as an administration contractor. At current I am in between jobs and do not expect to start another position for three months and therefore can dedicate full days to this project. I have an ergonomic office set up to assist in the efficiency of producing the required outcome. I have a typing speed of 75 words per minute and an advanced certificate in MS Word and Excel. During my studies of Certificate I & III, I had to complete a unit in each on producing documents. I have completed a unit in my current studies of a Diploma of Accounting to produce advanced documents. I can have this job done in ten days.
