Call Center/ Inbound calls

Looking for a call center or individual receptionist that can handle inbound calls for my nutrition business. I would provide the script and require us to talk over skype, so that I can make sure you understand my directions and script. This person would need to be able to transfer calls to me or one of my employees and becable to provide us messages throught text or enail. This individual needs to understand, speak, and write in English. He/she shoukd also be friendly and outgoing. You should be comfortable talking over the phone. You must be polite and helpful in every situation when talking to potential clients. Professionalism is required. I would need to be in constant comminication with call center or receptionist to go over script changes. I will only entertain reasonable prices for this job. This will be an ongoing contract.
