Administrative Support

Perform administrative and operational duties within the Office of WESTFIELD CORPORATION and in direct support of staff engaged in the delivery of programs and services for students and alumni. Serve as a resource to current students, alumni, parents, prospective employers, and other visitors and callers to the office; schedule appointments and student interviews. Assist in planning and coordinating WESTFIELD CORPORATION events and programs, schedule workshops and seminars, create and maintain programs, brochures, quick guides, and various marketing materials. Hire, train, and supervise the student marketing interns.
