I am a full-stack developer with more than 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise web portals as a team member. We used Bootstrap and angular in the previous project. I can design responsive pages by using bootstrap 4 which means they are suitable for all devices (smartphones, tablets and PCs) and if you wish, we can complete its backend using .Net core or node.js in a separate project. However, the bid's time and the cost is a rough estimate and we need more details to provide an accurate bid. It depends on the complexity of each page that you have, and some requirements that you didn't mention here. It is not going to be a cms enabled website. You will be able not to change content through the project solution. If you guys need cms I can do it but not with this price
