Update and Fix Client Selenium (Chrome Automation) Software Executable

Hi, We are looking for a client developer who has skills in Selenium (Chromedriver), C# and SQLite. We have some basic software that does some webpage automation. The developer does not have time to work on updates. We have the source files and need someone to maintain it ongoing to make it better. The is one specific function that the software currently does, by logging into a webpage, which processes a number of URLs in a list, which removes anything that is not a URL (like headings). We need someone who can update this software to bypass even logging on to this webpage processing step, and have the software process the URL list based on some basic steps as follows. 1. Collect the URLs in Step 1 of a specific Campaign (and remove headings and anything else that is not a URL) 2. Submit those URLs into an API with specific settings passed to the API 3. Process the entire URL list (removing headings and anything else that is not a URL) There would be many other ongoing updates required to this software, but for now, we want to see that you can easily do this one step before we hire you for ongoing maintenance. We know that this software uses Selenium and a Windows installer, but we are not sure what other code is used. This should be pretty easy for someone is a savvy client application programmer. It is very probable that we will want to recode this application in C# but for now, we just need someone who can update this software to perform this first update.
