Hi! we develop on WPF and UWP on a daily basis, nowdays in C#, but I personally developed with VB.NET from 2003 to about 3 years ago We have WPF projects with pure MVVM, meaning data and commands, the codebehind of the WPF form is basically just to instantiate and pass the ViewModel to the context We also have done Dependency Injection in WPF, although I troublesome. We are not the cheapeast side of the expectrum, also because we are a office so we have another costs, but we are professional developers, maybe we can solve 1 oe 2 task, in a couple of hours so you get to see our work Thanks!! You typed MVVP as a typo, But I can guide you to setup MVVMP Pattern which MVVM + Presenter. In MVVM you end up writing a lot of logic in ViewModel, meanwhile using a Presenter you can move all those logic into Presenter and keep the ViewModel clean. Also, I can guide you with Prism or Dependency Injection etc to keep your code clean. I have done all these with C#, but I think patterns are the same for both C# and VB.Net. Really happy to help you.
