We have recovered from the scenario and now we are really interested to help you in your problem. Our one and only motive is to give you a cost effective solution using our experience. Now you want use the Next Token method (TokenizerBackedParser<TTokenizer, TSymbol, TSymbolType>.NextToken) and you want to split the a string into substrings using a set of delimiters. We are agreeing with you that may be a solution but still we can use another approach as well, please find below: Another common approach relies on iterating over the input array and invoking the Web service operation for single input elements. Each request and each reply carry only one input and one output element, respectively. The OIOO communication pattern has a low throughput (i.e. one input at a time), unless simultaneous calls to a Web service are enabled. In contrast to the AIAO, the OIOO is not limited by the size of the input array, and it provides insight into partial results of the execution. Now the thing is that which format are you using to send the data. I am assuming that you are converting it into an xml. May I am wrong so can you please let me know regarding this. If this is possible to give a chance to dig into the soap api once. I want to see what problem is happening and which kind of exception is coming from your code. This is also required

What i suggest is we have to divide the total number of records by 1000 , so we will be making a group of thousand , once first group is moved to external application, the next 1000 moves, by doing this we will never get the time out. I have already done this. Please share existing code so that it could get clarified.

It is about HTTP Protocol limitation, so would never been able to deliver large dataset. Then you should use "paging" method
