Hi Anand here. I am having experience on cloud computing, linux, networking and hosting experience over 5 years of experience. i understood the problem and i can resolve the issue.

I have networking experience and could assist with debugging this issue. If the problem is serverside, it shouldn't be difficult to find, however, there's a chance that you might have faulty gps units, in which case the only solution would be to replace those. Would definitely need to know about which gps units you're using.

I am familiar with TCP protocol and implementation and know something about the GPS. I can walk through the communication between GPS and the server and figure out what is going on.
