My MAGIX movie studio software freezes when I open it. It has always worked in the past months and years. Don´t know what happened. It tells me to install an update but even when I try to start a download of an update, the process feezes. My yearly subscription to MAGIX is paid for so that doesn´t seem to be the problem. Can some software savy person log remotely on to my computer and do what is needed, please? Should not take more than 20-30 minutes. I´m willing to pay $30 for the task, if you know what to do.
