Но до этого момента был сделан образ диска сотрудниками Хостинга, но сделан коряво или с ошибкой Банальные стандартные механизмы восстановления не помогают. Нужен умелец, который сталкивался с подобным. Данные сервера скорее всего не получится восстановить, именно то, что было на том сервере. Но максимально воссоздать идентичную VM очень нужно. I had a 1Gb network which I upgraded recently to 40Gbps. I have DELL servers with ESXi7 installed. My issues. When I run iperf between two virtual machines, I get a bandwitch ranging from 6Gbits/sec to 10Gbits/sec. When I copy files with scp I getting a transfer speed of about 110-120MB/s which is very far from the theorical bandwitch of 1GB/s x 4 ~ 4G/s for a 40G network. Recently I discovered that encryption reduce transfer speed so, I setup FTP server. Transfer speed doubled with FTP. I got a transfer rate about 240-280 MB/s. I also updated MTU to 9000 on both hosts and VMs but transfer rates are still the same. My needs. I am looking for an Cisco/VMWare expert who can identify and solve the issue. I have a Hitachi Compute Blade 520 BH3, There is 6 blade in the chachis and ESXI6.0 is installed but when we want to format that blade and install ESXI 6.0 or XEP-NG , we are unable to ping from out side even from inside we can not ping the blade console also.

I recently upgraded my network from 1Gbp to 10Gbps. With the 1Gbp network, I had a transfer speed on LAN of about 100-120MB/s. I still get the same throughput after switching to the 10Gbps network, which was supposed to have ten times more throughput (about 1GB/s). I need a network expert who can help me achieve the throughput speed of a 10Gbps network (~1250 MB/s) Eventually, as my NIC and cables are 40 Gbps compatible, if possible, upgrade the network to 40Gps. I have a Dell R720XD running Proxmox. We want to farm CHIA with it. Proxmox is on two SSD's, with the CHIA full node & wallet running on Windows 10 in a VM. I will add 3.5" HDD's through TrueNAS after I get this working. I want to passthrough the two GPU's (NVidia p2000's). One will be to create plots, the other I want to decompress the plots. I am looking for someone who knows Proxmox really well & knows how to get this GPU passthrough to work.
