Sales Manager in Cyprus Beauty Industry

Hi,

we are expanding our sales team for B2B services in the beauty industry and therefore looking for confident, friendly and success-driven people.

Our portfolio contains digital services for local businesses like Beauty Salons, Clinics, Gyms, Spas, and Retailer for beauty products.

The targeted audience is located in Cyprus, that's why we prefer a physical presence of our sales persons in Cyprus as well. Except, you can convince us about your performance of a successful remote team building and management.

Skills we ask for as a Sales Manager:

- Communication enthusiast

- Recruit qualified sales team members

- Ability to build and manage a field sales team

- Brief the sales team about our services

- Onboard new members to our affiliate system

- Keep the sales team activated and engaged

- Managing the sales team chat

- Plan monthly sales team meetings

- Developing partnerships

Very good knowledge of English required. Russian or Greek is a plus.
