Power Shell Script to extract File from OneDrive On Premise file to Local Drive

I need a script to get file and folders from One Drive (SharePoint 2019 on premise) and then copy the entire file and folder structure to local drive. The script can be execute from Windows Power Shell and also from Linux CentOS environment.

My requirements:

1. List down user that has OneDrive account (on Premise with Sharepoint 2019);

2. From the list we can pick which user that we would like to move their files to Linux. (It will move the entire file and folders);

3. Then Global Admin do the entire file/folder migration to Linux; (migration will be done by Admin, not individual user)
