I will start a job in June 2021 and your goal is to train/teach and mentor me for this job. The job will be ongoing, which means that you will also monitor me during this job and make sure that i do not make any mistakes. During this time you are going to support me on a daily basis to ensure best performance for my client.
I will be working as IT Allrounder in the 3rd Level Support and i will also have to create Scripts to automate different things in a Microsoft Server enviroment. Active Directory / Exchange / O365 / M365 should not be something youve heard the first time in your life. The more knowledge you have, the better but it is not mandatory.
You should have VERY GOOD englisch speaking skills as this is a mentoring position and you should be able to explain me everything in an easy way.
